Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday in the order they are received.

Wednesday orders must be placed by 11:30 AM to qualify for same-day shipping.

Shipping prices are calculated and determined by UPS.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number when your order ships.

It is your responsibility to keep track of your delivery using the tracking information provided due the perishable nature of our products

We do not guarantee delivery dates as UPS carrier delays are outside of our control. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

To help ensure a successful holiday delivery please place your order at least a week before the holiday.

All products are shipped using dry ice and insulation to help maintain freshness during transit. Should the dry ice not be fully dissipated by delivery, please do not touch it with your bare hands. Allow the dry ice to fully dissipate in the box before handling or disposing of it.
