Kielbasa Kabobs


1 lb. Thumann's Kielbasa, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
1 Package Thumann's Bacon
1 each red, green, yellow sweet bell peppers, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
1 quart mushrooms
1package new potatoes
wooden skewers


Take the skewers, alternate placing the meat and veggies on to them. Before placing the mushrooms on the skewers, wrap a 1/2 of a slice of bacon around the mushroom. Brush everything with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until kielbasa is golden brown. Viola!

You can also use Thumann's Sweet and or Hot Italian Sausage instead. Enjoy.
